Shipping is free in Europe and fees apply to the rest of the world. You can calculate the fees on the payment page by entering your address, and the system will automatically calculate the amount. For shipments outside the EU, such as to the US or UK, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. These are determined by your local authorities and not included in our prices. We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations for a smooth luxury delivery.
Each Amorina parcel travels with the same care as your pet — delivered by leading global carriers such as FedEx or UPS, chosen for their reliability and premium service.

When will I receive my order?
The processing, crafting, and delivery of your order may take 3-7 business days to 20 business days (if customized) from our workshops, varying by global location. We dedicate ourselves to swift delivery while preserving the impeccable quality of your luxury merchandise.

If your order has not yet been processed by our team, send us a message at support@amorinapetbags.com and we will make the change quickly.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has already been processed, it is not possible to cancel it. Please send us an email at support@amorinapetbags.com and we will do our best to respond to your request with our workshops.
How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be new, unused, and resalable, with all original tags and packaging.
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products, or for items marked as clearance or promotional sales (final sale).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask you to provide a photo and description of the issue.
Can I return or exchange products personalized with my pet’s name?
Items personalized with your pet's name, such as bags with custom embroidery, cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature. These luxury items are carefully crafted in workshops, ensuring their exclusivity.
