At Amorina Pet Bags, all our carrier bags are crafted in Europe’s finest workshops. Certain accessories may also come from selected suppliers in Europe or North America.

Processing time: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours.

Delivery time: Depending on stock availability and your country of residence, delivery usually takes 1–6 business days, but may take up to 20 days.

International Shipping and Customs Fees:
All orders are shipped from our European warehouses. For deliveries outside the EU, including the US and UK, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Amorina Pet Bags is not liable for any delays or additional costs arising from customs processes. We advise checking your local customs regulations before placing an order to ensure a delightful experience with our luxury pet travel products.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be new, unused, and resalable, with all original tags and packaging.

Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products, or for items marked as clearance or promotional sales (final sale).

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
👉 If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask you to provide a photo and description of the issue.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
