1. 15-DAY COMMERCIAL RETURN POLICY
In addition to any mandatory legal rights that may apply under local consumer law, we offer a 15-day commercial return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible under this commercial return policy, the item must:
- be unused
- be returned in its original packaging
- be in pristine condition
- include all accessories and tags
Personalized or custom-made orders are non-returnable under our commercial return policy, except where required by applicable law.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@amorinapetbags.com and include:
- your order number
- the item(s) concerned
- the reason for your return
We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Items returned under our commercial return policy should be sent back promptly in accordance with the instructions provided.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ELIGIBLE CONSUMERS
If you are a consumer entitled to a legal right of withdrawal under applicable law, including where applicable within the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Please note that certain goods may be excluded from the legal right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including certain personalized or custom-made items.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by AMORINA PET BAGS, the direct cost of returning the goods remains the customer’s responsibility.

4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@amorinapetbags.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- supporting photos where possible
Prompt notification helps us assess the issue and assist you more efficiently.
Where required under applicable consumer law, defective or non-conforming items may be eligible for repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges paid to third parties upon delivery are not refundable by AMORINA PET BAGS.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise on the website or at checkout.
Customers are encouraged to review local import regulations before placing an order.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return under our commercial return policy, except where required by applicable law:
- personalized or custom-made items
- items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition
- items missing original accessories, tags, or packaging
- sale items, where exclusion is permitted by applicable law and clearly stated at the time of purchase
